Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer exchanges only under the following conditions:

 

• No Refunds: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with an exchange for a product of equal value.

 

• Exchanges: We accept exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in unused, unworn, and original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

 

• Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, worn jewelry cannot be exchanged or refunded. All jewelry must be in original condition, and must not show any signs of wear. Any body jewelry such as nose rings, face jewelry and belly rings CANNOT be refunded or exchanged.
